Clear challenge: The challenge was to position Grupo Masterlog organically in a segment dominated by major job portals, marketplaces and service platforms, competing for space with high-authority players for extremely competitive terms like loading and unloading workforce outsourcing, forklift operator and logistics workforce in cities ranging from Guarulhos to Joinville, from Belo Horizonte to Curitiba.
The Scenario Before Quality SMI's SEO
Grupo Masterlog operates in one of the most competitive segments of the Brazilian B2B logistics market: workforce outsourcing for loading and unloading operations, picking and packing, restockers, drivers and forklift operators. The challenge was to build an organic presence from scratch in an environment dominated by job portals, marketplaces and large companies with decades of Google dominance.
