The timeline varies according to the complexity of the project: a complete corporate video (briefing, script, shooting, editing and approval) takes on average 3 to 6 weeks, while social media content with a leaner scope can be delivered in 7 to 14 days. The exact timeline is defined at the start of the project.
Is the video optimized for social media and SEO?
Yes. Each video is delivered in the correct formats for each channel: 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Stories and Reels, 1:1 for feed. When the video is published on YouTube, we guide on title, description, tags and thumbnail optimization for SEO. A transcript can be provided for Google indexing.
How many rounds of revision are included?
The number of revision rounds is defined by contract before the project starts: the standard is two rounds of revision after delivery of the first cut. Changes that go beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.
Do you create the script or do we need to provide it?
Quality SMI develops the script based on the client's briefing, and the script is approved before shooting. If the client already has a script or developed idea, we work from the existing material and may suggest adjustments or refinements for better performance.
